1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotations and sales by Hyverton (Shandong Huayitong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) to business customers. We sell to businesses only (B2B).

2. Quotations and prices

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices are per metre unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT, import duties and taxes in the destination country. Delivery terms (Incoterms) are stated on the quotation.

3. Orders and payment

An order is binding when we confirm it in writing. Payment terms are prepayment as described on our Delivery & Payment page. Production of custom goods begins after receipt of payment or the agreed deposit.

4. Custom goods

Goods manufactured to a customer specification cannot be returned unless they are defective or deviate from the confirmed specification.

5. Warranty

We warrant that goods correspond to the confirmed specification and datasheet values. Defects must be reported in writing without undue delay after receipt and inspection. Warranty claims are limited to repair, replacement or credit, at our choice.

6. Liability

Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

7. Governing law

The law applicable to the contract is stated in the order confirmation.
