Data we process

  • Enquiries: when you send a quote request or contact us, we store your name, company, country, email address and the content of your message, in order to answer and to prepare quotations.
  • Orders: when you order, we process the data needed to fulfil the contract, including delivery address and payment confirmation. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Server logs: our servers and our CDN record technical access data (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and operation.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data to take steps prior to entering a contract, and order data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed and no legal retention duty applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us via the contact page for any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
