Most of our volume is not catalogue product. Machine builders come to us with a cable that has to fit a specific drag chain, a specific connector set, a specific bending radius — and they need 300 to 3,000 metres, not a container load. That is the work our production base is set up for.

What can be customised

  • Conductor: cross-section, stranding class, tinned or bare copper
  • Core count and colour scheme, with or without green/yellow earth
  • Shielding: foil, braided (coverage on request), combined foil + braid
  • Jacket material: PVC, PUR, TPE, silicone; jacket colour and print legend
  • Electrical targets: rated voltage, temperature range, flame behaviour (IEC 60332), LSZH constructions
  • Mechanical targets: bending cycles, minimum bending radius, torsion rating for robot applications

How it works

Send us the specification you have — a datasheet, a sample description, or even the part number of the cable you are replacing. We reply with a formal quote, usually within one working day, stating construction, price per metre, minimum quantity and delivery time. Samples are made before bulk production on request.
